Abstract

This study examines the influence of intensive nursing training and nurse competence on nursing service quality and investigates the mediating role of organizational commitment This study employed a quantitative explanatory approach involving 98 nurses selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using (PLS-SEM). The results revealed that intensive nursing training and nurse competence significantly affect nursing service quality. Intensive nursing training significantly influences organizational commitment, whereas nurse competence does not significantly affect organizational commitment. Organizational commitment was found to have no significant effect on nursing service quality and failed to mediate the relationships between intensive nursing training, nurse competence, and nursing service quality. These findings indicate that intensive training and nurse competence are the primary determinants of nursing service quality.
